How Liberal Are Your State's Campaign Finance Laws?

In Politics

Today's topic is campaign finance because it's what I'm going to have my head buried in for the next few days. The above picture is funny, but Bush's naiveness is how most deregulatory campaign finance thinkers see the system.

Anyhow, here is a table that I've put together that measures how liberal each state and US territory (save DC since they don't have state senators) is with regard to their campaign finance laws for state senators. It only measures state senators because that's what I need for the paper. Check out where your state ranks on my scale. I realize that there are a ton of ways to attack the scale, but trust me, I have a way of refuting each claim.
